This Privacy Policy explains how Plainman operates Keyword Butler and how personal information is collected, used, stored, and deleted when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following information:

• Account information such as your user identifier, email address, and sign-in provider when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Temporary account identifiers if you use anonymous sign-in.
• Content you create in the app, including keywords, bookmarks, language preference, and Telegram connection data if you choose to connect Telegram.
• Basic technical and security information such as request timestamps, device language, and service logs generated by our infrastructure or authentication providers.
• Support information that you send to us directly by email.

2. How We Use Information

• To authenticate users and keep sessions active across devices.
• To save your keywords, bookmarks, settings, and other app data.
• To deliver feeds, summaries, timelines, bookmarks, and optional Telegram features.
• To maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.
• To process content features such as summaries, translations, tags, and context timeline generation.

3. Service Providers

We may use third-party services to operate Keyword Butler, including:

• Supabase for authentication and user-related data handling.
• Google Cloud services for backend hosting and app operations.
• Google or Apple when you choose those sign-in methods.
• Telegram if you choose to connect Telegram notifications.
• AI service providers for generating article summaries, translations, tags, and context timeline outputs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app, or when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data Retention

We keep account and app data for as long as needed to provide the service, unless you request deletion. Some backup or operational logs may remain for a limited period where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Settings > Account > Delete account. When account deletion succeeds, Keyword Butler deletes stored app data associated with your account and requests deletion of the related authentication user.

7. International Data Processing

Because our service providers may operate in multiple countries, your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

8. Children

Keyword Butler is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.

Keyword Butler 운영을 위해 아래와 같은 외부 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.

• Supabase: 인증 및 사용자 관련 데이터 처리
• Google Cloud: 백엔드 호스팅 및 서비스 운영
• Google 또는 Apple: 해당 로그인 방식 선택 시 인증 처리
• Telegram: 사용자가 Telegram 연결을 선택한 경우 알림 기능 제공
• AI 서비스 제공자: 기사 요약, 번역, 태그, 컨텍스트 타임라인 생성 처리

4. 제3자 제공 및 판매

당사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 앱 운영에 필요한 서비스 제공자, 법적 의무가 있는 경우, 또는 사용자와 서비스 보호에 필요한 경우에 한해 제한적으로 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 보관 기간

계정 및 앱 데이터는 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 동안 보관되며, 사용자가 삭제를 요청하면 삭제 절차를 진행합니다. 다만 보안, 법적 의무, 운영상 필요에 따라 일부 백업 또는 로그가 제한된 기간 동안 남을 수 있습니다.

6. 계정 삭제

앱의 Settings > Account > Delete account에서 계정 삭제를 시작할 수 있습니다. 삭제가 완료되면 Keyword Butler는 계정과 연결된 앱 데이터를 삭제하고 관련 인증 사용자 삭제도 요청합니다.

7. 국외 처리 가능성

서비스 제공자가 여러 국가에서 운영될 수 있으므로, 정보가 사용자의 거주 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

Keyword Butler는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 방침 변경

이 개인정보처리방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 이 페이지의 시행일을 업데이트합니다.
